TSH Employee Testimonials

When I joined Quaich Bar in 2008, I knew nothing about whisky. This company has given me a myriad number of opportunities to discover more about whisky – from countless tastings to meeting distillers behind some of the biggest whisky names, and even being sent to Scotland for training purposes.

I’m immensely grateful for these opportunities as I’ve better understood the art behind whisky making and it’s significantly grown my confidence. Most importantly, I’ve found friends who share the same

I feel extremely thrilled to be working at an organization that champions my love for whisky. The company has also provided me with numerous opportunities to go to Scotland for Product Knowledge Trainings, sharpening my expertise behind the craft of whisky making. I’m so glad to be working for a company that aligns with my passion and one I can call, home.

Angelina, Bar Management Trainee / Capitol Cigar & whisky Lounge

Quaich Bar welcomed me with open arms, even though my knowledge of whisky was practically non-existent. It was a refreshing start, as the company not only acknowledged my lack of expertise but saw it as an opportunity for development. The training provided was not just informative; it was transformative. From being a whisky novice, I evolved into someone who appreciates and understands the nuances of this fine spirit, all thanks to Quaich Bar’s commitment to employee growth. The supportive environment and encouragement to learn turned my initial lack of knowledge into a journey of discovery. If you’re seeking a workplace that values your potential to learn and grow, Quaich Bar is the place to be.
