Voucher T&Cs

1. To use Quaich Bar vouchers, you will need to register as a member of Quaich Bar Club.
2. Voucher will be issued to the registered Quaich Bar Club member within 24 hours of purchase and is available to be used immediately upon insurance.
3. Voucher is only valid for redemption for food, whisky by the glass/bottle, cocktails, loose drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. Voucher is NOT APPLICABLE to all retails (takeaway bottles) & tobacco.
4. Voucher valid for 90 days from purchase date. Strictly no further extension will be given to expired voucher.
5. Earning of QuaichStar in Quaich Bar Club is not eligible in conjunction with the redemption of vouchers or for the entire bill.
6. Mobile number & PIN Numbers are required for redemption of voucher.
7. Only ONE (1) Voucher can be used per transaction per visit. No splitting of bills allowed.
8. Voucher cannot be redeemed or used in conjunction with other promotional set, discounts, vouchers and privileges.
9. Voucher to be redeemed will be deducted from total bill. Gross bills are subject to service charge & applicable GST.
10. Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash nor substituted for other rewards.
11. Voucher will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the voucher is non-refundable.
12.  Voucher is non-redeemable on past bill.
13. Quaich Bar Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and any promotions without prior notice.
14. Quaich Bar management’s decision on the terms and conditions shall be final.
